Whisky season has arrived
The simplest way to serve up a seasonal classic with confidence. This small-batch mixer is bright and balanced with real citrus and subtle sweetness. Just add whisky.
Chai Old Fashioned
2oz Whisky or Bourbon
.5oz Chai Tea syrup
5 dashes of bitters
Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice. Stir and pour into a rocks glass with ice. Garnish with orange peel and/or star anise
Chai Tea Gin Fizz
1.5oz gin
3/4oz lemon juice
.5oz Chai Syrup
Egg white (optional)
Add all ingredients into a shaker filled with ice. Shake and strain into a rocks glass. Top with soda water and garnish with a lemon twist.
Chai Dark n Stormy
2oz dark rum
4oz ginger beer
.75oz Chai Tea syrup
.5oz fresh lime juice (optional)
Add all ingredients to a rocks glass or copper mug filled with ice.
Garnish with a lime wheel.
Chai Espresso Martini
2oz Vodka
1oz espresso
.5oz coffee liqueur
.5oz Chai Tea Syrup
Add all ingredients to a mixing tin filled with ice. Shake and strain into a coup. Garnish with coffee beans.

Chai Whisky Sour
1.5oz Whisky or Bourbon
.75oz Lemon Juice
.5 Chai Tea Syrup
2 dashes bitters
egg white (optional)
Add all ingredients into a shaker filled with ice. Shake and strain into a rocks glass. Garnish with a lemon peel.
How To
Mix 1 oz syrup + 2 oz whisky + 1 egg white (optional) in a shaker with ice.
Shake well, strain into a glass and garnish with lime.
