Cinco de Mayo Margarita

Ingredients:

2 oz Tequila
1.5 oz Abiding Citizen Lemon Lime Shrub
1 oz Triple Sec
10 Drops Abiding Citizen Hot Pepper Bitters
Ice
Lime Wedge
Sea Salt

Directions:

Wet rim of glass with lime wedge and dip in sea salt to coat rim.  Set aside.  Shake first three ingredients in ice and strain into prepared glass.  Top with bitters (add more to taste if you desire extra heat).  Garnish with lime wedge and serve.

 

Bittered Champagne

Ingredients:

1 Sugar Cube
10-20 Drops of Abiding Citizen Citrus Bitters
1 Bottle of Champagne, chilled
1 Strip Lemon or Orange Twist, for garnish

Directions:

Place sugar cube and drop Abiding Citizen Citrus Bitters onto sugar cube until saturated.  Place in bottom of champagne flute.  Fill glass with champagne. Garnish with the Lemon or Orange twist.

Ingredients:

2 oz Gin
1 oz Abiding Citizen Lemon Lime Shrub
1/4 oz Abiding Citizen Rich Simple Syrup
20 Drops of Abiding Citizen Lavender Bitters
Lemon Zest and Mint for Garnish

Directions: 

Pour gin, shrub, and syrup into a shaker and shake with ice.  Strain into prepared coupe glass.  Top with lavender bitters and garnish with lemon zest or mint sprigs.

Strawberry Fields

Ingredients:

2 oz Gin
1 1/2 oz Abiding Citizen Strawberry Shrub
1/2 Lime, Juiced
Bar spoon St Germaine

Directions:

Pour ingredients into shaker.  Shake and strain into chilled glass.  Garnish with mint and fresh strawberries.

 

whiskeybramble

Whiskey Bramble

Ingredients:

1 oz Rye Whiskey
1/2 oz Abiding Citizen Peppercorn Plum or Strawberry Shrub
1/2 Lime, juiced
4 oz Dark Ginger Ale
Lime Slice, for garnish

Directions:

Fill a Collins glass with ice.  Add whiskey and shrub.  Squeeze in juice from the lime and top with Ginger Ale.  Garnish with a slice of lime.  This beverage is easily multiplied to serve a crowd!
